Emotion Gyms are a series of relaxed and friendly workshops focusing on ways of maintaining and improving mental and emotional health.

- Stress at work and at home
- Low mood
- How to improve low self-esteem
- Communication and assertiveness
The sessions run in daytimes and evenings, and rotate around different locations throughout Surrey. Each workshop runs for two hours and there is no need to register in advance, just turn up.
You can come to as many or as few sessions in a series as you wish and no personal information will be taken. You will not be asked or expected to share your own circumstances or experiences but will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session. You will also be given some further information to take away with you and tips and techniques that you can practise to help yourself.
